Our story began in 2017 when we first started roasting beans for the cozy coffee shop nestled within Roasted Pub on Washington Ave in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. With every cup brewed, we cultivated a loyal local following, igniting a passion for crafting exceptional coffee experiences.

Fueled by this fervor, we embarked on an exciting expansion in 2020, establishing a micro-roastery on our picturesque hobby farm just outside of town. Here, amidst the serene countryside, we meticulously roast small batches of carefully curated and ethically sourced beans from our favorite coffee origins across the globe.
