Sweater Weather Blend

Introducing Our Limited Edition Blends

To keep things fresh in our blend line-up we are currently roasting a limited offering of Sweater Weather Blend. There's something magical about that first sip of coffee on a chilly morning—especially when it's a blend crafted to wrap you in warmth from the inside out. This limited edition is here to be your companion through Minnesota's unpredictable season, from deep winter freezes to those sneaky false springs that keep us all guessing.

We designed this blend with one goal in mind: to deliver the kind of comfort that feels like settling into your favorite fuzzy sweater. It's bold enough to cut through the cold, smooth enough to savor slowly, and rich enough to make those early mornings feel less like a chore and more like a ritual worth waking up for.

What Makes It Special

Sweater Weather Blend combines carefully selected peaberry beans from Kenya and Papua New Guinea. Peaberries are round shaped beans produced when inly one seed forms inside the coffee cherry instead of the normal two flat-sided beans. These peaberries are sorted out from the rest of the harvest and produce a distinctive appearance and heavier mouthfeel when roasted.

This blend hits differently when the temperature drops. The fuller body and rounded flavor profile make it ideal for those moments when you need more than just caffeine—you need comfort in a mug. With notes of brown sugar, medjool dates, and clove, it pairs well with a cozy sweater and a 1000 piece puzzle on a lazy weekend morning.

Perfect for Minnesota Sweater Weather Season

From January's deep freeze to March's confusing warm spells, Sweater Weather Blend adapts to your season. Brew it strong on the coldest mornings, or enjoy it over ice if one of those false springs catches you off guard. Either way, it delivers that same cozy, satisfying experience.

Since this is a limited edition, we recommend grabbing a bag (or a few) while it's available. Once the season shifts, which could possibly be not til May in Northern Minnesota, this blend returns to the vault until next winter rolls around.
