Tiffany Van Watermulen built Alkemi around a simple idea: food and drinks should do more for you than just taste good. Her health-forward café in downtown Perham serves functional lattes, grain bowls, and meals built with intention—because what you put in your body matters, and it should still be delicious.

The Alchemize Blend was made to match that philosophy. A luminous post-roast blend of Kenya, Guatemala, and a touch of Darkwing—it's complex without being complicated, bright without being sharp. Notes of citrus and berry open the cup, softened by toasted almond and finished with a clean, satisfying close.
