Guatemala Huehuetenango

We source our beans from a rotating selection of top small lots grown on family farms in the picturesque Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Only ripe red cherries are handpicked from the coffee trees to ensure the sweetest flavor and then expertly wet processed on the farm to maintain quality. As you savor the first sip, we hope you can imagine yourself transported to the sun-drenched slopes of the Guatemala highlands, where the cool mountain air and fertile volcanic soil imbue the beans with their distinctive flavor. 

Once the coffee is in our roastery, we carefully develop the roast to highlight lively notes of toffee, orange zest, and almond, that will tantalize your taste buds with every sip.
