Lit Sweater Weather Blend

An all peaberry bean blend from Papua New Guinea and Kenya. Peaberries are round shaped beans produced when only one seed forms inside the coffee cherry instead of the normal two flat-sided beans. These peaberries are sorted out from the rest of the harvest by hand or machine and produce a distinctive appearance and bold flavor when roasted.

In recognition of "Sweater Weather" season beginning after the holidays until often May up North in Minnesota, this blend makes you feel like snuggling down in a warm sweater by a glowing fire. 

Notes of raw sugar, medjool dates, and clove. Pairs well with that fuzzy turtleneck, a 1000 piece puzzle, or a cozy Sunday morning.
