If you are looking to ignite your morning with a lively blend then you found it! The beans are sourced from the high mountain slopes of the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala and the ideal climate of the Guji region in the highlands of Ethiopia.
Little Wing Morning Blend is a bright splash of flavor meant to awaken your senses in the morning or any time of day when you need a little burst of energy. We aim to develop the beans in this roast to bring out caramel and milk chocolatey sweetness finished with a little kiss of citrus in the cup.
